We realize that the dining experience plays a major role in the focus and attention of your conferees. ARAMARK Chefs are well-schooled in culinary excellence and understand the variety of tastes and dietary requirements meeting attendees prefer.

McAULEY CAFE

Conference guests are invited to join us in the McAuley Cafe, Monday-Friday from 7am-9am. The cafe features a wide variety of fresh baked breads, pastries, seasonal sliced fruit, yogurt, cereal, and made-to-order eggs. And, there is always a daily hot breakfast item such as pancakes, french toast, or waffles at the grill station. Breakfast is served in Hayward Dining Room on the weekends.

Guests are invited to sit in our Dining Terrace where soaring windows take in the views of the breathtaking grounds. The Dining Terrace is often used for special catered events such as Tex-Mex BBQ's, Hawaiian Luau's and all American cook-outs.

HAYWARD DINING ROOM

Conference dining in the Hayward Dining Room features an ever-changing array of delectable entrees, fresh steamed vegetables, an expansive salad bar, and taste-tempting desserts. Lunch and dinner are both served buffet style. Breakfast is served buffet style on the weekends. Groups are seated together so that they can continue to network or simply catch-up with friends. Hours of operation are adjusted to meet the needs of our guests.

SPECIAL CATERED EVENTS

For special events, our culinary team is skilled at creating everything from an elegant sit-down banquet in our glass enclosed Dining Terrace to an intimate gathering in the Octagon. We even barbecue on our patio. Whatever the occasion, we're sure to make it memorable.

CREATIVE REFRESHMENT BREAKS

Bountiful refreshment breaks designed to re-energize your group are available at the centralized break area. It is kept stocked throughout the day so it's ready whenever you are.
